Our Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Service Account Managers (SAMs) ensure this level of service is maintained by good communication and expert advice in a timely manner.

Our Fire Protection Policies and Procedures

24/7 Emergency Call Out service with Guaranteed 1 hour onsite service.

Its 2 am and the fire alarm system and fire pumps have just activated, you need help and you need it NOW.

We shall respond to your call 24 hrs/7 days a week – We guarantee to be onsite in 1 hour on the Central Coast (Upon your request). Sydney and Newcastle clients will get an estimated time of arrival. That’s a Redmen “We Care” Guarantee.

All works are carried out in accordance with all relevant Australian standards, ensuring the best quality of work and compliance.

Staff commissions

We do not pay staff rewards OR KEY performance indicator Bonuses (KPI’s) on the extra sales and service. Our advice is responsible and technically based and not effected by bonus motivations.

Quality assurance program

The program of ‘Quality Assurance’ in accordance with ISO9002 is under constant review. Our program includes constant field quality audits of our works.

Environmental policy

Our management and staff are committed to an Environmental Policy in accordance with community expectations.

Fire water conservation specialists

Water is a scarce and expensive commodity; recent studies have shown that many thousands of litres of water are lost during the normal Testing Routine.

This issue has gained recognition with the water authorities and the community. REDMEN has researched and developed several key solutions, to the conservation and sustainability of Fire Water during testing. These solutions and other requirements are the basis of many proposed changes to Australian design and Installation standards.

Safe working procedures (Occupational Health and Safety Act)

We take our safety seriously; we undertake regular staff OH&S training and keep our safety records current. All work undertaken is carried out in accordance with our Safe Working Policy and Program; to remove potential risks to our staff, feel free to ask for a copy of our safety policy and procedures.

Code of conduct and ethics

We recognise and have adopted the FPAA Code of Conduct and the NSW Government Code of Ethics, a copy of which may be forwarded upon request.

Annual fire safety equipment surveys and certification

In accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 2004 and the requirements of section 1 of Australian Standard AS1851 – 2012 we provide full site audit services to facilitate to production of the Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS) and the annual fire equipment status report.

Annual standards update seminar

We understand that keeping abreast of the changes to Australian fire associated standards is important to business owners and property /facility managers, that’s why that’s once a year we undertake an FREE update seminar, for our valued clients.

Corrective action and critical action reports

Prompt advice about fire equipment defects is essential to ensure these problems are resolved quickly and the systems integrity maintained. Redmen have a detailed corrective Action and Critical Action report book, to advise you of such occurrences.
