The Sales Account Manager Fire Protection Opportunity

An exciting new opportunity has become available for a proactive Business Development – Key account Manager to grow new sales, and further cultivate business from existing key accounts. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager for growth targets and building strategic relationships.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Development & expansion of the client base
  • Key account management
  • Brand development activities assistance
  • Assist in customer support activities
  • Work closely with Managers to ensure client expectations are exceeded
  • Monthly performance reporting
  • Client review meetings

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Drivers Licence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Police history check
  • Proof of full Covid 19 Vaccination.
  • A Working knowledge of the Australian Building Code and relevant Installation Standards in Fire Protection is an advantage, however not a prerequisite.

Previous experience in the construction or service industry would be preferred. A minimum of 2 years in a similar sales/business role is required.

You will be a communicator with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and who won’t compromise and cut corners. The ability to listen and interpret a client’s needs by repositioning them into sales opportunities is critical.

Redmen’s focus is on providing you with the proper skills, and advanced professional development to effectively and efficiently fulfill the requirements of this position. A part of this role involves study a Certificate II/III in Fire Protection Inspection and Testing in company time.
