About your Role as Fire Protection Service Operations Manager

• The Fire Protection Service Operations Manager oversees recruitment requirements including hiring, transfers, terminations, training and setting expectations
• Complying with government laws and regulations as well as company policies
• Maintaining a positive and supportive working environment for all team members

Skills and Qualifications

• A Tertiary Qualification or Trade Licence – Highly regarded
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Service-Based Operations role
• Valid Drivers Licence and Clean Driving Record
• Police Check
• Experience with interpretation & implementation of Aust Standards or Legislation

Highly regarded.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements
• Fire Industry experience – Desirable
• People management experience.
